Scores a patient's hantavirus infection risk from 0 to 100 to support, not replace, clinical judgement.
Pick patient & report
Open Hantavirus Check from a patient's profile or from the clinic dashboard. The patient ID is auto-selected via deep-link. Choose one of the patient's blood-test reports — selecting it forwards the full interpreted JSON (lab values, parameters, prose) to the AI as context. A history table below shows every previous assessment for this patient.
Optional clinical context
All form sections below are OPTIONAL — fill in only what you have. Demographics (age, sex), exposure history (rodent contact, cleaned closed/abandoned space, endemic-area travel, days since exposure), symptoms (fever, myalgia, cough, dyspnea, GI, headache), vitals (SpO₂, systolic BP, heart rate) and hantavirus-specific tests (IgM, IgG, RT-PCR). The AI uses any extra context for a more accurate score.
Run AI risk assessment
Click "Run AI Risk Assessment". The Azure interpretation model (medium reasoning effort) returns a risk score (0–100), risk level (low/moderate/high/critical), recommended action, contributing factors with impact + direction, red flags and missing critical data — all translated into the active language. Uses 1 credit per analysis. If you switch the language and re-run, the prior cached row is overwritten with the new translation.
Download PDF or regenerate
The result is shown with an animated gauge and badges. Click "Download PDF report" to print/save (cross-browser, A4 portrait). To re-score the same report later, regenerate the underlying interpretation first or tick the "Regenerate this assessment" checkbox.

Decision Support
Not a diagnosis — CDC + WHO aligned
Important medical disclaimer
This tool provides AI-assisted clinical decision support and does NOT establish a diagnosis. Hantavirus diagnosis requires laboratory confirmation (IgM via ELISA and/or RT-PCR per CDC and WHO). A negative test does not definitively rule out infection — sampling timing matters. Severe suspected cases warrant urgent care before laboratory confirmation. Final clinical judgement remains with the qualified clinician.
Turns a patient's DNA test into a genetic health report, a DNA + blood summary and a supplement plan.
Open DNA Health and load the patient
From the clinic dashboard choose DNA Health, enter the patient ID and pick the report language. Reports can be written in any of 100 languages.
Upload the DNA data
Upload a raw genotype file (23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, FTDNA, VCF, also zipped), paste rsID lines, or add a genetic report as up to 6 PDF, JPG or PNG files. The DNA report is ready in a few minutes.
DNA + Blood Health Report
Choose a finished DNA report and one of the patient's interpreted blood tests. The AI reads them together and shows where genes and lab values confirm or contradict each other.
Supplement Advisor
Answer the short questionnaire (diet, lifestyle, medications, pregnancy). The plan combines DNA, the blood test (optional) and the answers, with dose, timing, interactions and re-test dates.
Supplement settings
Add the products your clinic stocks (shared with Nutrition Diet AI), choose whether the advisor prefers, only uses or ignores them, and write your own instructions for the AI.

100 report languages
Reports are written in any of 100 languages; the interface is available in 39.
PDF with your brand
Every report prints to PDF on any device with your clinic logo and business details.
Pharmacogenomics and nutrigenomics
Drug-response genes, nutrient metabolism, carrier status and disease risks in one report.
Your own product catalogue
Clinic products are marked in the plan; needs your catalogue does not cover are listed separately.
Clinical decision support
AI-generated content for clinician review. Consumer genotyping is not clinical sequencing; confirm actionable findings with validated tests before acting on them.
Shows at a glance which organs or systems a patient's out-of-range values relate to.
Analyse a blood test as usual
There is no extra step: the body map is added automatically to the interpreted blood test report.
Read the figure
Organs and systems linked to out-of-range values glow red, borderline values glow amber. The figure covers 13 regions, from the brain, thyroid and heart to the liver, kidneys, blood, immune system, bones and muscles.
Check the legend
Next to the figure, a legend names each highlighted organ or system and lists the related markers. The legend is the reference: always read the figure together with it.
Report, PDF and settings
The body map appears in the web report and in the printed PDF. You can switch it on or off in Report Preferences (Body Map).

For orientation only
The highlighted areas show which organs or systems the flagged markers relate to; they are not a diagnosis.
Shows how old the patient's blood looks compared with their calendar age, plus the clinical ratios a lab print-out does not show.
Analyse a blood test as usual
No extra step: the Blood Age & Hidden Indices section is added to the interpreted report. The patient's age is used to calculate the blood age.
Blood age
When all nine markers are present (albumin, creatinine, glucose, CRP, lymphocyte %, MCV, RDW, alkaline phosphatase and white blood cells), the blood age is calculated with the published PhenoAge formula (Levine et al., 2018). With fewer markers, the AI estimates it from the whole report and implausible results are discarded. If that is not possible either, the formula is applied with population averages in place of the missing markers (at least three measured markers are needed).
Hidden indices
Ratios and scores calculated with published formulas from the report's own values, such as eGFR (CKD-EPI 2021), FIB-4, HOMA-IR, TyG, non-HDL and remnant cholesterol, TG/HDL, NLR, De Ritis ratio, transferrin saturation, corrected calcium and anion gap. Each gets a band (ok, borderline, high or low) from published cut-offs.
Personal note and settings
A short AI-written note in the report language explains what the results mean for this patient; it only explains numbers that were already calculated. Switch the section on or off in Report Preferences (Blood Age & Hidden Indices).

Clinical decision support
Blood age is an estimate, not a diagnosis. A value whose unit cannot be read reliably is shown as not available rather than used. Interpret the results together with the patient's full clinical picture.
Lets the patient listen to the report instead of only reading it: the AI interpretation is read aloud in the report's language.
Analyse a blood test as usual
No extra step. As soon as the interpretation is ready, the audio is prepared in the background, so the report is never delayed by it. Single, clinic and batch uploads all include it.
Two chapters, about two minutes
Chapter 1, “Your results in brief” (10–20 seconds), reads the opening of the summary. Chapter 2, “What to do next” (about 80 seconds), reads from the medical recommendations, lifestyle advice, follow-up tests and final recommendations. Everything that is read is the report's own text; nothing new is written for the audio.
The player
The player sits in the web report, just below the Health Score: Play/Pause, click the waveform to jump, 15 seconds back or forward, and a chapter list. It keeps playing when the page language is switched. It is not part of the printed PDF or the mobile app.
Language and Report Preferences
The audio is in the language the report was created in, including languages beyond the 39 interface languages. Sections you hide in Report Preferences are not read aloud.

If there is no sound
If the player returns to Play with a message that the sound did not start, the browser or device is blocking audio for this site. Make sure sound is on for the site and press Play again; playback continues where it stopped.
AI-generated voice, not a doctor
The voice is AI-generated. It reads the report's interpretation, which is informational support and not a diagnosis. The audio is stored in the EU and deleted 7 days after creation if it was never played, 45 days after it was played, and whenever the report, patient or account is deleted. Pressing Play on an older report prepares it again.
